Experiences:

• Head of Editing Subsection, Dept. of Nuclear Engineering, TPC (1984-1989)
  also was the Head of Nuclear Technical Information Center, in charge of procedure editing, translation of technical information and setting-up computerized library retrieval system.
• Head of Archive Subsection, Atomic Power Department, TPC (1980-1984)
  setting-up the computerized correspondences and documents retrieval system which was the pioneer of automation in TPC.
• President of WIN Taipei (June 1996- June 1998)
  sponsored WIN Global 1998 annual meeting held in Taipei. It was the first step for WIN to outreach to the Far East. About 50 participants from 11 countries attended the meeting.
• Supervisory Committee member of American Nuclear Society, Taiwan Section (2003-now)
• Supervisory Committee member of China Archive and Micrograph Management Society(2000-now)

• Nuclear power generation is a part of energy mix, do not doubt your contribution to the society.
• Nuclear field requires high level of quality, so work experience in nuclear is valuable to you.
